EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Tori Jankoska scored 22 points and Aerial Powers added 17 and 13 rebounds, leading No. 15 Michigan State to a 64-45 win over IUPUI on Sunday.
The Spartans (2-1) used their physical advantage to get to the foul line, where they made 19 of 23. Jankoska was 11 of 13 and Powers, who has had a double-double in all three games this season, was 8 of 9. The duo also combined for 11 of MSU's 13 assists.
The Jaguars (1-2) were only 2 of 5 from the line and committed 21 turnovers. Shanika Maddox had eight points and 10 rebounds.
Michigan State used an early 13-2 run for a 20-6 lead and was up 31-19 at halftime. The Jaguars were within 48-40 on a Maddox layup with 7 minutes left but the Spartans clamped down and sealed the game with a 12-0 run for a 60-40 lead at 2:45.

Sophomore guard Tori Jankoska netted her third 20-point outing this season in as many games with her game-high 22 points Sunday ... It was Jankoska's eighth career game with 20+ points ... MSU improved to 9-0 when Jankoska leads the team in scoring ... Jankoska has netted double-figures in 20 of her last 24 games played.
Redshirt-sophomore forward Aerial Powers registered her third official double-double of the season with 17 points and 13 rebounds ... Overall Powers has logged seven double-doubles in her last eight official games dating back to last season ... Unofficially, Powers posted her fourth double-double in a row this season with one in the Spartans' lone exhibition game of the season.
Both Powers and Jankoska scored in double-digits for the third game this season and 26th of their careers.
The Spartans' starting line-up of sophomore guard Tori Jankoska, senior guard Anna Morrissey, freshman guard Jasmine Lumpkin, redshirt-sophomore forward Aerial Powers and senior forward Becca Mills was the third-straight game with that line-up ... Mills made her team-leading 72nd career start, while Powers started for the 36th time in her career and Jankoska posted her 20th career start ... Morrissey and Lumpkin both made their third-straight starts of their careers.
Jankoska tied her career-high for the second time, both coming this season, with 11 made free throws Sunday while making a season-high 84.6 percent (11-of-13) at the charity stripe.
Miller not only netted her first field goal of the season, but the junior guard tallied a season-best four points.
Michigan State has won 104 of its last 105 games when leading with five minutes left, including winning 55 in a row.
MSU had a positive rebounding advantage for the third-straight game with a +6 (39-33) edge, also the second game in a row with a +6 mark ... Michigan State has out-rebounded its opponent in 102 of its last 127 games (80.3 percent).
The Spartans have distributed double-digit assists in all three games so far, logging 13 helpers Sunday.
Sunday's win was Michigan State's 100th win in the month of November, as MSU improves to 100-36 (73.5 percent) overall in games played in November ...
