CAREER NOTES: Graduate transfer from Ohio State joined the Spartans in the summer of 2023 and played one season at Michigan State.
2023 SEASON (GRADUATE SENIOR): Played in seven games, splitting the handling of punting and holder duties . . . had 14 punts for a 40.1 ypp average with a long of 50 yards, with four inside the 20 and seven fair catches . . . had one punt for 46 yards vs. Penn State in Ford Field . . . punted twice for a 35.5 ypp average in return to Ohio State . . . punted twice at Rutgers for a 42.0 ypp average with a long of 44 and one inside the 20, which was the return that was fumbled at the RU 12 and recovered by lone snapper Drew Wilson to set up the Spartans for a 12-yard TD run by Katin Houser on the next play late in the first half . . . had two punts for a 32.0 ypp average with a long of 42 yards in the Maryland game . . . punted four times for 181 yards (45.2 ypp) in Washington game, with a career-long 50-yarder and placed two inside the 20, with one inside the 10 . . . had one punt for career-long 48 yards, which is also MSU’s longest punt of season, in Richmond game, also holder for two PATs by Stephen Rusnak . . . made Spartan debut in season-opener against Central Michigan, logging two punts for a 34.0 ypp average with one inside the 20 and a long of 39 yards . . . was also holder for one PAT by Stephen Rusnak.
