CAREER: Played in nine career games for the Spartans (one in 2022, eight in 2023).
2023 SEASON (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE): Played in eight games, primarily on special teams, to earn his first letter . . . had seven carries for 18 yards . . . Academic All-Big Ten honoree . . . played 15 snaps on offense and made 60 appearances on special teams units . . . rushed four times for 17 yards in Week 2 win over Richmond.
2022 SEASON (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): Made the position switch to defensive back in preseason camp, but moved back to running back later in the season . . . made collegiate debut on special teams vs. Akron in Week 2.
2021 SEASON: Redshirted.
HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL DATA: Ranked one of the best running back prospects in the state of Michigan by 247Sports (No. 2) and Rivals.com (No. 3) in the class of 2021 . . . also rated one of the best running backs in the country by 247Sports (No. 44) and Rivals.com (No. 45) . . . listed among the top overall players in the state of Michigan by Rivals.com (No. 23), 247Sports (No. 26) and The Detroit News (No. 27) . . . played for Coach Greg Carter at Oak Park High School . . . helped Oak Park to a regional title and a berth in the Division 2 semifinals for the first time in school history as a senior . . . rushed for 137 yards and two TDs in state playoff win over Grosse Pointe South on Oct. 30 . . . honorable mention all-state selection by the Detroit Free Press . . . also helped the Bulldogs to a district title as a junior in 2019 after rushing for 1,123 yards and 10 touchdown on 95 carries . . . named to The Detroit News All-North Team in 2019 and 2020 . . . son of Felicia Primm . . . kinesiology major.
