Meet the Spartans: Chelsy Coil 2012: Saw action in all 20 games...Started in the 3-1 victory against Maine (8/26). 2011: Made the transition from defense to forward in the beginning of the season... Saw action in all 20 games for the Spartans and started four... Opened up the season scoring a goal in back-to-back games against California (8/27) and Louisville (8/28)... Her tally against California was both her first goal and her first point of her career... Notched an assist on Angie Lucik's goal in MSU's 4-1 loss to Maine (9/17) 2010: Saw action in one game for the Spartans during team's 3-1 victory against No. 11 Wake Forest. 2009: Saw action in four games for the Spartans (Delaware, American, James Madison and Iowa) ... Played a season-high nine minutes in a 7-2 victory over Delaware.

2008: Did not see action ... Redshirt season ... Received the team's Spirit Award, given to the player that demonstrates team unity and brings energy to the team.

Prior to MSU: Named MVP and captain her junior and senior years ... Earned first-team All-ISL, second-team All-MET, first-team all-state and Loudon Player of the Year in her junior season ...
