2025 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Played in four games (vs. Indiana, Michigan, Iowa and Maryland) to preserve his redshirt season . . . made a total of 34 appearances on special teams . . . made his collegiate debut at Indiana (10/18).
HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL DATA: Listed among the top safeties in the nation by 247Sports (No. 79) . . . ranked one of the best overall players in Texas in the Class of 2025 by 247Sports (No. 133) . . . helped lead Lufkin High School to a 10-2 record and a berth in the Texas 5A Division 1 state playoffs as a senior . . . recorded 47 tackles, two tackles for loss, 11 pass break-ups, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery his senior season . . . named a team captain in 2024 . . . compiled 88 tackles, five TFLs, one sack and 21 pass break-ups in his high school career at Lufkin . . . two-time first-team all-district honoree as a defensive back . . . two-time defensive back of the year for Lufkin High School . . . played for Coach Todd Quick . . . also ran track and was the district high hurdler champion in 2023 . . . two-time regional qualifier in high hurdles and the 300-meter hurdles . . . also a two-time regional qualifier in the long jump and triple jump.
