Weather Forces Schedule Change for MSU-Illinois Series

East Lansing, Mich. -- Due to an inclement weather forecast for the upcoming weekend, the schedule for Michigan State's three-game softball series at Secchia Stadium has been altered.

The teams will now play a Friday doubleheader starting at 3 pm; game two will begin 30 minutes after the completion of game one.

The squads will not play Saturday and remain with the originally scheduled Sunday series finale at 1 pm.

MSU's schedules are subject to change; fans can stay updated by checking MSUSpartans.com and the teams' social media platforms (@MSU_Softball) for the most recent schedule.
