Scouting Toledo
Toledo women's tennis has had a strong start to their season, posting a 4-2 record.
The Rockets' two losses came to DePaul, who MSU faced multiple times during the fall tournament season, and UIC, both in close defeats.
Toledo has a history of successful seasons, with each of their past five seasons earning over a .600 win percentage.
While in East Lansing, the Rockets will also face Dartmouth for the first time.

During the last match-up against Toledo during the 2023-24 season, the Spartans slated a 5-2 win.
Current MSU senior Matilde Morais contributed to the win, clinching the doubles point for the Green & White at No. 2 doubles with former Spartan Liisa Vehvilinan. She later went on to win her match at No. 1 singles in a tie-break set, earning a point in MSU's favor, 7-6 (7-2), 3-6, 1-0 (11-9).
This meeting serves as the first in two seasons for the two teams, who previously met in consecutive seasons from 2000-2018.
Scouting Dartmouth
Dartmouth has had a difficult start to its season, earning a 4-3 record, but currently holding a three-match losing streak.
All three of the losses came from the ECAC Championships, where the team fell to Penn, Cornell and Havard- every single match came down to the final point.
Although the team had a bye-week, Dartmouth will face Toledo in a neutral territory match on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 12 p.m. prior to facing MSU.
