2008 Big Ten Tournament Bracket

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Big Ten Conference released the bracket for the 2008 Big Ten Field Hockey Tournament Sunday evening. Michigan State received the third seed in the tournament and is set to face sixth-seeded Northwestern on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 2 p.m. The tournament is being hosted by the Indiana University.

Should MSU win, they would play the winner of second-seeded Iowa and seventh-seeded Indiana on Friday, Nov. 7.

No. 1 seed Penn State, No. 4 Michigan and No. 5 Ohio State are also part of this year's tournament field.

Earlier this season, the Spartans defeated Northwestern, 3-1, in Evanston, Ill on Oct. 10.
