2021 (Freshman): Began the season in the four seat of the second novice eight with a pair of races against Ohio State (3/27), clocking times of 7:43.25 and 8:05.07 against the Buckeyes … At the Big Ten Invitational in Cincinnati (4/17-18), clocked a time of 7:45.35 in the two seat of the novice eight … In the six seat of the second novice eight, finished second to the MSU novice eight at Eastern Michigan (4/24) in a time of 8:17.40, open water over EMU … In MSU’s second varsity four (two seat), beat the host Hoosiers at Indiana’s Dale England Cup (5/1), clocked in a time of 8:49.8 …  Stroked the third varsity four at the Big Ten Championships (5/16), finishing eighth in a time of 8:56.896.
Prior to MSU:  Was a basketball and softball player at Gaylord High School, captaining both teams as a junior and senior … Earned softball All-Conference, All-District, All-Region, and All-Area Dream Team honors in each of her final three seasons, and earned All-State honors as a junior … Also earned Second-Team All-Conference kudos and was named to the All-Area Dream Team as a sophomore and junior in basketball … All-Conference Academic selection in both sports … Played club softball for the Vulkins, Turnin 2, and Valkyries, earning a state championship with the Vulcans and finished seventh at nationals in 2016.
