2018: CRCA National Scholar-Athlete … Big Ten Distinguished Scholar … Academic All-Big Ten … Big Ten Sportsmanship Award recipient … Occupied the two seat in the second varsity eight for every race of the season … Opened the season at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational, (3/17-18), defeating boats from Miami, Minnesota, Clemson, and Tennessee … Raced Harvard/Radcliffe and Yale in the Big Ten/Ivy League Double Dual (3/24) … Went up against stiff competition at the Pac-12 Challenge (3/31), racing in races against USC, Cal, and Stanford … At the Big Ten Double Dual (4/6), fell to Iowa in the morning race before rebounding with a half-length win over Indiana in the afternoon … Raced at the Big Ten/ACC Challenge (4/21), defeating San Diego twice and downing Notre Dame, but falling to Duke … Raced to a eighth-place finish at the Big Ten Championships (5/12).
Fall 2017: Rowed in the Head of the Charles with the Spartan varsity eight, finishing 25th in the Championship Eights.
2017: A 2017 CRCA National Scholar Athlete... A 2017 Academic All-Big Ten Selection ... Opened the season with strong performances at the Oak Ridge Cardinal in the second varsity eight, finishing second to Virginia in a time of 6:48.672 and defeating Notre Dame and West Virginia in the morning session and posting a heat victory in a time of 6:51.429 over Clemson, Minnesota, and the Mountaineers in the afternoon (3/11) ... On Sunday at Oak Ridge (3/12), was fourth behind Michigan, Virginia, and Tennessee in a time of 6:52.579 ... Posted a commanding victory in the opening Big Ten race of the season in the varsity eight at Rutgers, defeating the Scarlet Knights by more than 10 seconds (7:00.9) ... In the second varsity eight, rowed at Princeton with Brown in the day after the B1G opener (3/25). Finished third behind No. 10 Princeton and No. 5 Brown in a time of 7:10.7 ... In a Big Ten Double Dual at Indiana (4/1), rowed in the second varsity eight and clocked a 6:56.16 lined up against No. 14 Iowa, 15 seconds behind the Hawkeyes, and was about a length behind the Hoosiers in the afternoon (6:45.61-6:50.91), but had a half-length advantage on Kansas at the finish line ... Hosting a Big Ten Double Dual on Lake Ovid (4/8), finished second to No. 11 Wisconsin ( 6:29.44 -6:53.34) in the morning and was about a length of open water behind Minnesota in the afternoon session in the second varsity eight (6:49.08) ... Raced in a pair of varsity four entries in Cambridge, Mass on the Charles River, finishing with open water over Northeastern (7:28.400- 7:35.290), with UMass and BU battling it out for third (4/22) ... Completed the weekend on the Charles in the V4 by finishing in a time of 7:30.9, just under a length ahead of Radcliffe (7:33.6), and both crews were 30 seconds ahead of Boston College (4/23)... 2016: Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, earned with a 3.7 grade point average In the 2015-16 academic year ... Academic All-Big Ten selection ... Six seat in the varsity eight in each of the squad's spring races ... Had a strong performance at the Oak Ridge Invitational (3/12-13) in the varsity eight, winning it's Saturday morning race by open water (6:28.48) over Oklahoma, Kansas and Alabama ... In the afternoon session at Oak Ridge finished third behind No. 4 Virginia (6:07.85), and Notre Dame (6:11.37), posting a time of 6:13.08. In the Sunday morning session, outpaced Big Ten foe Minnesota by a full length (6:37.90) -- the fourth-best time of any varsity eight on the lake on Sunday morning - and more than two lengths ahead of both Central Florida and West Virginia ... In the varsity eight, finished third behind No. 3 Virginia and No. 7 Michigan, (6:37.7), in the first session of the Big Ten/ACC Double Dual in Columbus (4/2) but was ahead of Clemson in the second session by more than two lengths of open water (6:45.9), and had contact with winner Michigan at the finish line ... Split action at the Big Ten Double Dual in Princeton, NJ (4/9) in the varsity eight, downing Rutgers by more than 26 seconds before falling to No. 3 Ohio State by six seats ... At the Clemson Invitational (4/16-17) raced in the varsity eight and had a fourth-place finish in the morning session, behind UCLA in second (6:48.2) and Louisville edging MSU by a second for third place (6:51.5 - 6:52.6). In the second session at Clemson, had a tall task against No. 3 Ohio State, No 4. Virginia, and No. 8 Texas, finishing fifth behind San Diego (6:32.50) ... Finished third to No. 3 Ohio State and No 16. Syracuse (4/24) in a three-boat varsity eight race in Columbus, clocked in a time of 6:25.2 ... Racing in Ann Arbor (4/30), took second behind the Wolverines in a time of 6:21.47, six seats ahead of (RV) Louisville in the varsity eight ... In the varsity eight race at the Big Ten Championships (5/15), rowed to a seventh-place finish (6:42.309), less than a second behind sixth-place Minnesota ...
2015: Rowed in the four seat of the novice eight in all seven racing weekends ... Won two sets of races in the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational (3/14-15), finishing open water in the first race over second-place Oklahoma (6;12.837-6:25.695) and again in the second race over second-place Kansas (6:12.132-6:24.276) ... Finished third to Virginia and Yale in the second of the three races ... Had strong performances in a close finish ahead of Louisville (6:37.07-6:37.51) and an open-water over the Notre Dame novice eight (6:45.14-7:04.51) in a double dual at Ohio State (3/28) ... In a double-dual at Michigan (4/11), posted a pair of open-water victories over Big Ten rivals Iowa (6:54.30-7:07.45) and Indiana (6:47.1-6:55.9) ... Won two of three races at the Clemson Invitational (4/18-19) by at least six seats, and finished second to Ohio State by a bowball in the third (6:43.0-6:43.3) ...
