2007-08 - Junior:
OUTDOOR: Ran in both 200m and 400m dash, posting a team-best in both events ... Ran 47.25 in the 400m at the EMU Invite, his best time of the season, placing third ... Earned an eighth-place finish at the Big Ten Championships and ran his second-best time in the preliminary heat, clocking in a 47.28 ... Ran a team-best 21.66 in the 200m at the Jesse Owens Classic ... Ran as a member of the 4x100m relay team that took eighth at the Big Ten Championships ... Also ran as a member of the 4x400m relay team that took ninth at the Big Ten Championships.
INDOOR: Posted a first-place finish at the Akron Quad with a time of 49.51 in the 400m dash ... Recorded a fifth-place finish in the 200m dash (22.66) and a third-place finish in the 400m dash (48.76) at the Notre Dame Invite.
2006-07 - Sophomore:
OUTDOOR: Fourth place in the 400m dash at the Hillside Relays with a time of 48.79.
INDOOR: Placed seventh at the Chippewa Open in the 400m with a time of 51.49.
2005-06 - Freshman:
OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best 48.10 at the Hillsdale Relays in the 400m, placing fourth ... Finished 20th at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 49.01 in the 400m.
High School:
Four-year letterwinner in track ... Two-time all-state selection (2004 and 2005) in the 400m dash ... Set 2005 Division II state champion and state record holder in the 400m with a time of 48.36 ... Also helped set the school record in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:24.67 ... Won every meet in the 400m as a senior ... Also was all-state in the 200m, placing fifth at the state meet with a time of 22.4 ... Received honorable mention all-state honors as a defensive end for football.
