2005 (Outdoor): Set a school-record in the heptathlon with 4,973 points at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, placing eighth overall ... Won the 110m hurdles at the MSU Invitational (15.15).
2004 (Indoor): Took third with 3,775 points at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, establishing an MSU record ... Finished third in the pentathlon with 3,753 points at the U-M Intercollegiate, the second best indoor performance in school history.
2004 (Outdoor): Had season bests at the MSU Open in the 100m hurdles (15.62), long jump (16-8 1/2), shot put (32-3) and javelin (91-8) ... Had a season-best high jump of 5-4 1/4 at the MSU Twilight meet ... Competed at the Big Ten Championships in the heptathlon.
2004 (Indoor): Had season-best indoor triple jump of 38-11 3/4 at the Meyo Invitational ... Competed at the Big Ten Championships in the pentathlon, finishing 11th (3,425 points).
2003 (Indoor): Placed third in the triple jump (37-9 1/4), fourth in section two of the 60m hurdles (9.84) and eighth in the shot put (29-6) at Notre Dame ... Placed fifth at the Michigan Quadrangular in the triple jump (36-5) ... Placed 13th at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the pentathlon (3,105).
High School: National Underage Champion in the triple jump in 1999 ... State champion in the triple jump, and high school open champion ... Earned school colors for four years.
