FRESHMAN (2024-25): Excelled in both regular season and tournament play, registering an 18-14 singles record and a 13-8 doubles record overall, including going 10-5 alongside older brother Max Sheldon ... Was partnered with Max when the older Sheldon posted his 168th all-time win as a Spartan on May 2, 2025 during MSU’s win over North Alabama in the first round of the NCAA Tournament to become MSU’s all-time combined wins leader, passing the record of 167 wins held by Nick Rinks (2005-08), and was also partnered with him for Max’s final win, No. 170, over Mississippi State duo on May 3, 2025 in second round of NCAA Tournament in their final match together ... Posted an 8-7 singles record in dual play, going 4-4 at No. 6 singles, while tallying a 3-3 mark at No. 5 singles and 1-0 at No. 3 ... Also had four-match win streak in singles action, with four-straight wins in fall action, from Oct. 13-27 ... Posted wins in back-to-back B1G matches at No. 6 singles with straight-set win over Gabrielius Guzauskas of Illinois, helping the Spartans upset the No. 24 Illini on April 6, and following it up with another straight-set win over Matteo Morazzi in MSU’s upset win at No. 26 USC on April 11.
