Career Stats 2011 (SENIOR): Started and earned the victory after pitching two scoreless innings in the 2-1 win over the Lansing Lugnuts in the 2011 Crosstown Showdown on April 5 . . . received the game ball from Coach Boss in the locker room following the win . . . made two appearances (vs. Eastern Michigan on April 26; at Western Michigan on May 10) . . . threw a career-high two innings against WMU . . . Academic All-Big Ten selection. 2010 (JUNIOR): In his only appearance of the season, threw 1/3 of an inning at Michigan (5/12) . . . threw a scoreless inning in the Crosstown Showdown against the Lansing Lugnuts (4/26). 2009 (SOPHOMORE): Made one appearance vs. No. 22 Clemson (3/10) and pitched 0.2 innings. 2008 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in eight games and pitched six innings . . . threw one inning and struck out one vs. Missouri (2/23) . . . struck out two in one inning vs. Michigan (4/20).
