
Softball Announces 2026 Schedule

East Lansing, Mich. --Â Michigan State softball coach Sharonda McDonald-Kelley has announced the full Spartan slate for the 2026 season, which includes games against 12 teams which made the NCAA Tournament a year ago and eight that finished the season in the Top 25 (or receiving votes) in the ESPN.com/USA Softball national poll.Â

The Spartan home schedule begins on March 18 and features four, three-game Big Ten series (Nebraska, Illinois, Maryland and Michigan) in addition to five games against regional non-conference opponents (Detroit Mercy, Toledo, Central Michigan, Oakland, and Western Michigan).Â

The Spartan slate of non-conference tournaments begins with the NFCA Leadoff Classic in Clearwater, Florida on Feb. 6-8, and includes stops at Charlotte (Feb. 13-15), LSU (Feb. 20-22), Kentucky (Feb.27-March 1), and NC State (March 5-7).
