EAST LANSING, Mich. --Â Michigan State aim to snap a three-dual losing skid this weekend as they hit the road for a pair of Big Ten contests. The Spartans will kick things off on Friday, January 25 against No. 18-ranked Rutgers before heading to Maryland on Sunday, January 27. Rutgers holds a season dual record of 7-4 (1-2 B1G) with their lone Big Ten win coming against then No. 10-ranked Wisconsin in which they won by criteria. The Scarlet Knights competed hard in a loss to then No. 8-ranked Minnesota, but fell, 22-15. Maryland is 0-6 overall and 0-3 in the Big Ten this season, losing to Purdue, Indiana, and Nebraska. A win over either opponent would give the Spartans multiple wins in the Big Ten for just the second time in the past decade, previously reaching that mark in 2009.
