
Men's Tennis Finishes Day Two at ITA's

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State men's tennis team continued pre-qualifying action at the ITA All-American Championships today in Tulsa, Okla. Senior Will Davis earned the lone Spartan victory in day two, as he defeated Grant Taylor of Air Force in straight sets 6-3, 6-4.
Junior Drew Lied fell to Will Parker of North Carolina 7-5, 6-3, while sophomore Gijs Linders was defeated by Jared Spiker of Hawaii 6-2, 7-5.
The Spartans will continue action tomorrow as junior Aaron Pfister begins play in the qualifying round. Draws for the qualifying round will be posted following the conclusion of pre-qualifying competition.
