Men's Tennis Goes 6-6 At Vredevelt Invitational

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Michigan State men's tennis team went 6-6 in doubles play at the Vredevelt Invitational, hosted by Western Michigan, Friday night. The Spartans swept all four matches against DePaul, but were 1-3 against both WMU and Marquette.
Alex Allon, Michael Flowers, Tyler Saulebrey and John Allare each picked up wins in two of three matches, playing in different pairings throughout the day. Michigan State took the opportunity to work different tandems on the day, as no two players played together more than twice.
The Spartans will resume play tomorrow at 8 a.m., facing Marquette in singles action.
