At Queens University (2024-25)
Named to the Second Team All-Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) team and was also named to the ASUN All-Freshman Team … Vetter finished second on the team with a 74.35 scoring average over 23 rounds … She had three top-5 finishes and five among the top-10, her best performance an individual win at the Lady Bison Invitational when she shot a 1-under par 212 (73-70-69) to take medalist honors … The score of 212 set a program record for the best-54 hole score in Queens history … Vetter recorded 13 birdies at the tournament, helping the Royals to their first Division I team win in program history as she was name the ASUN Golfer of the Week … Vetter completed her freshman season with a fifth-place finish at the ASUN Championships, earning ASUN All-Tournament Team honors … Enrolled in the McColl School of Business and earned Dean’s List honors both semesters … Member and treasure of the Entrepreneurship Club.
Amateur Experience
Part of the women’s golf team in St. Leon-Rot, first Bundesliga in Germany … Placed 11th at the 2022 Doral Publix Junior (16-18) … Four-time German Team Champion (U-16, U-18 twice, ladies) … First European Ladies Amateur Championship finish at 67th place.
Personal
Hopes to pursue professional golf and then pursue a career as a doctor … Enjoys reading books, listening to music and travel … Loves watching all sports, especially F1, basketball, soccer and volleyball … Enjoys cooking and baking … Embraces getting involved in the community “for any kind of activity to support others, improve myself and take action for our planet” ... On choosing to transfer to Michigan State: “After speaking with Coach Stacy about her vision for the golf program at MSU, I was truly inspired by her passion and the direction she’s leading the women’s golf team. Choosing Michigan State felt like the perfect fit – not just for my athletic development but also for my personal growth. To sum up my excitement and motivation for MSU, I think of a quote by Peter Drucker: “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” I came to Michigan State because I want to actively shape my future, both on and off the course, and I believe MSU is the best place for me to do that."
