INDOOR: Put together a phenomenal junior campaign for the Green and White, registering standard-shattering times across multiple distance events... Commenced the indoor circuit at the GVSU Holiday Open, capturing a personal-best mark of 8:12.51 in the 3000m... Stepped down to the 800m at the Meyo Invitational, hitting the tape in 1:54.82... Unleashed a stellar performance at the GVSU Big Meet, slicing his personal record in the mile down to a blistering 4:05.31 to secure a sixth-place finish... Contributed heavily to the relay units at the Alex Wilson Invitational, anchoring the distance medley relay team to a season-best 9:40.01 finish... Closed out the indoor loop representing Michigan State at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, competing in the mile prelims (4:09.98).Â
OUTDOOR: Campaigned consistently as a prominent middle-distance and long-distance option for the Spartans... Opened the spring campaign at the Raleigh Relays, recording a lifetime-best 3:48.46 in the 1500m... Shined on his home track during the Auto-Owners Insurance Spartan Invite, logging a 3:50.20 finish to place high in the 1500m field while running a leg on the 4x400 relay team (3:27.05)...
