Pierre Emmanuel-Andre Brooks • Born on December 20, 2002 in Detroit • The son of Pierre and Inger Brooks • Has an older brother, Charles, a younger brother, Joshua, and a younger sister, Laila • Maintained a 4.13 grade-point average in high school • A member of the Michigan High School Athletic Association Student Advisory Council • Volunteered locally with the TRiO Upward Bound Program, which helps prepare low-income students for higher education • Also served as a youth basketball coach and mentor • Enjoys playing chess •.
