Freshman Season: Named team[apos]s Swimmer of the Year ... Dominated the backstroke events throughout the season, winning four 100 back heats and five 200 back races during the dual meet season ... Won both backstroke events against Akron, Illinois, Iowa and Oakland ... Posted regular season bests in 100 back (57.14) and 200 back (2:03.38) against Illinois (10/21) ... Recorded a trio of top-three 200 IM finishes, including a second-place swim (2:09.85) versus Ball State (12/9) ... Also placed third in the 50 free against Ball State ... Concluded regular season with a 57.42 time in the 100 back and a 2:04.26 performance in the 200 back against Oakland (1/19) ... Tied for 18th in the 100 back at the Big Ten Championships with a season-best time of 56.60 ... Clocked a season-best 2:02.07 in the 200 back at the conference meet, good for 20th place.
