Michigan State Athletics to Host Spring Showcase, Presented by Michigan Achievement Scholarship, on Saturday, April 18

EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State Athletics will welcome fans to Spartan Stadium on Saturday, April 18 to get a first look at head coach Pat Fitzgerald and the 2026 Spartans when it hosts the Spring Showcase presented by Michigan Achievement Scholarship.
Admission is free with the download of a digital ticket for the 12 p.m. event and the gates will open at 10:30 a.m.
Fans will need to download free digital tickets to be scanned in for entry into Spartan Stadium. To claim the free digital ticket, please click here. Fans are encouraged to claim their tickets in advance to expedite entry. Fans should enter through gates B, C, D and J, and will be able to sit in sections 17-30 on the west side of Spartan Stadium.
Following the Spring Showcase, which will mark the 15th and final spring football practice for the Spartans, fans will have an opportunity to take photos with Coach Fitzgerald and get autographs from the team on the concourse.
Autograph lines will open following the conclusion of practice at approximately 2 p.m., and the autograph session will begin approximately 15 minutes after practice and last for one hour. The 2026 Spartan Football schedule poster will be provided for autographs (no outside items will be signed).
MSU Athletics will have several free fan activations throughout Spartan Stadium as part of the Spring Showcase, including photo opportunities with Sparty, Zeke V and MSU championship trophies, games on the concourse, the Final Four Fan Jam fan station, and a chance to meet the MSU cheer and dance teams. Representatives from the Izzo Legacy will also be on hand with information on the seventh annual Izzo Run/Walk/Roll set for Sunday, April 26. In addition, Sparty's Locker Room will be open for merchandise sales.

Parking will be free on campus (Lots 38, 39, 40, 63, 67, 79, 126, Ramp 7; Lot 62 has been reserved for accessible parking).

ADDITIONAL SPRING SHOWCASE NOTES
• Fans are allowed to bring clear bags into Spartan Stadium. In accordance with Michigan State Athletics security guidelines, the only bags, packages or containers permitted to be carried by fans as they enter the stadium are the following:
• Those individuals with true medical needs can enter any gate on game day (B, C, D, J). Individuals entering may bring the medical items in any bag; those bags will be searched and tagged by an MSU Police Officer. The officer working that gate has the final determination if that item is a true medical need.
• Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the concourse during the Spring Showcase. Alcohol will also be sold inside Spartan Stadium.
• Fans are reminded that the "open container" ordinance will be enforced on campus and in parking lots on Saturday, April 18.
• The Michigan State women's tennis team is hosting Michigan at 1 p.m. (location TBA based on weather).
ABOUT THE MICHIGAN ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP
The Michigan Achievement Scholarship is designed to help recent high school graduates in Michigan receive funds for continuing education. Eligible students could receive financial aid to attend a college or university with the Michigan Achievement Scholarship, or for a career training program with the Michigan Achievement Skills Scholarship.
