Cooper Scores Career-High 19 Points as No. 10 Michigan State Sweeps West Coast Swing, Beating Oregon 68-52

Eugene, Ore. – Senior center Carson Cooper scored a career-high 19 points and No. 10 Michigan State used a big second half run to beat Oregon, 68-52, on Tuesday night at Matthew Knight Arena.
Cooper hit 8-of-10 shots from the floor and 3-of-4 from the free throw line, while grabbing seven rebounds and blocking four shots to lead three players in double figures.
Junior forward Coen Carr added 15 points and eight rebounds and redshirt sophomore guard Jeremy Fears Jr. scored 14 points and handed out a game-high five assists.

Michigan State, winners of five-straight games, improves to 17-2 overall and 7-1 in the Big Ten Conference, while Oregon falls to 8-11 overall and 1-7 in league play.
