No. 7 Michigan State Hosts No. 4 Duke in Top-10 Matchup on Saturday at the Breslin Center

EAST LANSING, Mich. – In a matchup of undefeated, top-10 nationally-ranked teams, No. 7 Michigan State welcomes No. 4 Duke to the Breslin Center on Saturday, Dec. 6 (FOX, noon).

The Spartans opened Big Ten Conference play with a 71-52 win over Iowa on Tuesday night, their eighth-straight win to open the season. It is the best start to a season for MSU since winning the first 13 games of the 2015-16 season.

Saturday's game will air live on FOX, with Tim Brando and Jim Jackson calling all of the action. The Spartan Media Network radio call can be heard state-wide and on the web at MSUSpartans.com, with Will Tieman handling the play-by-play, Matt Steigenga serving as the color analyst and Zach Surdenik as the studio host. Jeremy Fears Jr., who leads the team with 31.0 minutes played, is second on the team with 12.3 ppg and is handing out 9.4 assists per game, leading all of Division I.
Coen Carr, one of the most athletic players in all of college basketball, is third on the team with 11.3 ppg, tied for third on the team with 5.1 rpg and second with 2.0 apg in 29.3 mpg.
Carson Cooper is playing a career-high 24.1 minutes, is fourth on the team with 9.6 ppg and second with 5.9 rpg,
Kur Teng, who scored a career-high 15 points against Kentucky, is averaging 6.1 ppg and Trey Fort is tallying 5.8 ppg.
Cam Ward is fifth on the team with 9.0 ppg and tied for third with 5.1 rpg, Divine Ugochukwu is averaging 4.0 ppg in 11.9 mpg and Jordan Scott adds 3.0 ppg and 3.0 rpg in 14.5 mpg.
The Spartans played a pair of exhibition games ahead of the season opener, beating Bowling Green, 75-66, at home on Oct. 23, before falling to preseason No. 4 UConn, 76-69, on Oct. 28 in Connecticut.

With a willingness to play at home, on the road or a neutral site, his list of regular-season non-conference opponents reads like a who's who of top college basketball programs.
The 2025-26 home schedule is arguably the best in program history, with home non-conference games against Arkansas (W, 69-66) and Duke (Dec. 6) in addition to 10 Big Ten contests, Michigan State will host 12 power conference opponents for the first time in the Izzo Era.
The Spartans played at Connecticut in an exhibition game (Oct. 28), played Kentucky in the Champions Classic (W, 82-66) at Madison Square Garden in New York City and played North Carolina on Thanksgiving Day (W, 74-58) in the Fort Myers Tip-Off.

Duke enters the game on Saturday with a 9-0 record following a 67-66 win over Florida on Tuesday at home.

This will be the third meeting between the teams at the Breslin Center ... Duke has won both games, the last an 87-75 win on Dec. 3, 2019.
The Spartans beat the Blue Devils, 68-67, in the 2019 NCAA Tournament Elite Eight to advance to the Final Four.
