EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State volleyball junior Zuzanna Kulig earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators (CSC), the organization announced Tuesday afternoon.
To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District honors, a student-athlete must have played in either 90 percent of their team's matches or started in 66 percent of matches while maintaining at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically.
With Tuesday's recognition, Kulig is now a two-time Academic All-District honoree, having earned an All-District nod in 2024. She is also a two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection.
This season, Kulig led the Spartans in total blocks (99) and blocks per set (1.09) while posting a team-leading .328 hitting percentage. She made 26 starts and played in 91 sets, helping MSU to an 18-12 overall record, which was the most wins in a season since 2017.
