
Spartans Add Two to Roster on 2025-26 Signing Day

East Lansing, Mich. – Michigan State men's golf head coach Casey Lubahn announced the signing of two incoming student-athletes to the team's roster, with Louis Goodman and Winslow Robinson set to join the Spartans.
"We are very happy to welcome Louis and Winslow to our program! These are two outstanding young men who high character and ability. They continue to add to the depth of our program and come from great families."
Louis Goodman – Co. Louth, Ireland / Clongowes Wood College
Will arrive at Michigan State with significant international experience while playing his native Ireland … Selected to represent Ireland on the European Nations Boys team in 2025 as well as the Ireland vs. Spain Match … Represented Ireland in the 2024 Home Internationals in 2024 … Finished in sixth place at the Irish Boy's Open in 2025 and posted a 15th-place finish at the Scottish Boy's Open … Won the 2024 Leinster U18 Boys Open Championship and was the runner-up at the Ulster and Connacht Opens that year … Played competitive tennis at the club level … Enjoys playing classical piano … Attended Clongowes Wood College in County Kildare, Ireland … Plans to major in agribusiness and business management.

Winslow Robinson – Traverse City, Mich. / Traverse City West
As a senior, was named the conference player of the year for the third-straight year and earned first team all-state honors … Carried a 70.30 scoring average as a junior and was named the conference player of the year during his junior season … Selected to the All-State Dream Team and had the second-lowest scoring average in the state and the lowest in the class of 2025 … Named the conference player of the year as a sophomore with a 73.50 scoring average … Ranked among the top-20 by scoring average in the state of Michigan and was an all-state honorable mention selection … An all-conference first team selection as a freshman … Coached by Todd Hursey at Traverse City West Senior High School … Home course is Crystal Downs … Swing instructor is Scott Hebert … Won the Golf Association of Michigan Boys' Championship in 2024 … A three-year varsity basketball player in high school, playing point guard … His father, Kelly, grew up in East Lansing.
