Women’s Tennis Wrap Up Fall Season This Weekend

EAST LANSING, Mich.—Michigan State's women's tennis team will compete in their final fall event as they host a six-team Spartan Invite at the MSU Indoor Tennis Facility from Oct. 3-5.

The Spartans will get the invitational started on Friday morning with doubles action against Butler at 9 a.m. and DePaul at 10 a.m. then close the day off with singles versus Gonzaga at noon. Day two will kick off with doubles at 9 a.m. against Gonzaga then will battle with DePaul in a singles matchup at 11 a.m. The Green and White will close out the fall season on Sunday going head-to-head with Butler in one last singles competition at 11 a.m.

The women's tennis team will have a two-month stint away from competitive play until Jan. 19 when they head west to face a trio of duals against Brigham Young University, Missouri, and Arizona.
