Field Hockey Announces Four Signings for 2019

EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Michigan State field hockey head coach Helen Knull announced Monday (Dec. 17) that four student-athletes have committed to play field hockey for the Spartans next season.

Valerie Radvany (Lawrenceville, N.J./Princeton Day School), Hannah Jarvie (Saline, Mich./Saline HS), Celina Riccardo (Dowington, Pa./Dowington HS) and Devin Reilly (Saline, Mich./Saline HS) will join MSU in the Fall of 2019.

Four-year letter winner in field hockey and lacrosse at Princeton Day School ... Also lettered in ice hockey for two years ... Named First Team All-State for all four years ... Central Jersey Field Hockey Coaches Association First Team for three seasons ... Trentonian Mercer County First Team All-Prep for four years ... Was selected as the Defender of the Year as a junior and senior ... Trenton Times Mercer County First Team All-Area for three seasons ... Town Topics Top Newcomer as a freshman ... Finished prep career with 113 career points on 29 goals and 55 assists ... Named a team captain in field hockey and lacrosse as a senior.
Daughter of Maureen and Jim Radvany ... Sister, Jaclyn, played field hockey at North Carolina and brother, James, plays baseball at Villanova ... Has one twin brother, Brian, who is involved in rowing.

Named captain of the field hockey team in 2017 and 2018 ... Won gold at the 2017 Junior Olympics.
