EAST LANSING, Mich. -Harry Jadun and John Patrick Mullane have received an at-large doubles selection to the 2015 NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championships in Waco, Texas.
"It's a great accomplishment for them to be named among the best doubles teams in the country," head coach Gene Orlando said.
There are 32 doubles teams that have been selected to compete in the NCAA Championships. The last Michigan State men's tennis players to be selected to the NCAA Championships in doubles were Nick Rinks and Adam Monich in 2008.
Jadun is 25-7 on the year in doubles play, and Mullane is 18-5. Together the pair is the No. 19 doubles tandem in the nation, 18-4 overall and 8-1 in the Big Ten.
Jadun and Mullane have a stellar 7-3 record against ranked opponents, including a win over the No. 4 doubles pair of Kevin Metka and Ralf Steinbach of Ohio State.
The singles and doubles championships will be held May 20 through May 25, following the team championships, at the Hurd Tennis Center.
