TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Freshman Lisa Burt, sophomore Alina Cartwright and senior Taira Neal competed at the NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional at the University of Alabama on Saturday evening.
Burt competed in the all-around and compiled a 36.925. On vault, she earned a low of 7.900, while on bars she marked a 9.775 for 19th in the region. Burt recorded a 9.700 to tie for 15th on the balance beam. On floor, Burt tallied a 9.550.
Cartwright registered a 9.675 to tie for 20th on uneven bars. On vault, Neal tied for seventh place as she posted a team-high for the evening of 9.850.
Alabama notched a 197.400 to take first in NCAA Regionals.
