COLUMBUS, Ohio - After defeating Minnesota, 6-3, Saturday afternoon in an elimination game, the Michigan State baseball team takes on Illinois Saturday at 7:05 p.m.
If MSU wins, the two teams would meet for the tournament championship on Sunday at noon. If Illinois wins, it would claim the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
