
Spartan Swimmers Wrap Up Nationals Competition

EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State swimmers Jon LaRocque and kevin Puskaric completed competition at the USA Swimming National Championships on Saturday (July 11) in Indianapolis.
Puskaric led the way as he tied for 18th in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:03.33 and took 15th overall in 200 breast, turning in a time of 2:18.66.
"Everything about the weekend was great," said MSU head coach Matt Gianiodis. "Overall, I was happy with the most of the swims."
LaRocque turned in a 59.03 in the 100 backstroke.
"It was a great experience for our student-athletes and was something that should help them this season," said Gianiodis.
