Spartan Baseball to Host Holiday Camps

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State baseball team will host a total of four camps in November and December for age 8 to 2009 high school seniors. Head coach Jake Boss Jr., along with assistant coaches Billy Gernon, Mark Van Ameyde and Jake Boss Sr., will direct the camps.
The first camp will take place Saturday, Nov. 29 and will be a father-son camp for ages 6-12. The camp on Sunday, Nov. 30 will focus on hitting, pitching and fielding and will be for ages 8 through those graduating high school in 2009.
The Spartans will host two more camps Monday, Dec. 29 and Tuesday, Dec. 30 which will also focus on baseball fundamentals.
All camps will take place at Duffy Daugherty Football Building and the indoor practice facilities at Kobs Field.
