
Men's Soccer Big Ten Tournament Bracket Released

CHICAGO, Ill. - The Michigan State men's soccer team earned the No. 4 seed in the Big Ten Tournament, pitting itself against the No. 5 Michigan Wolverines. The Spartans will face their in-state rival on Thursday morning at 9 a.m. in Evanston, Ill., on the campus of the host Northwestern Wildcats.
MSU defeated Michigan, 2-0, this year in its regular season matchup. The Spartans have only faced the Wolverines one time in Big Ten Tournament action which was in 2002 and MSU suffered a 1-0 defeat.
The winner of the MSU/UM match advances to the semifinals to face No. 1 Penn State at noon on Friday. The championship match is at 11 a.m. on Sunday. For more information visit www.msuspartans.com.
