Diving Team Sends Four To NCAA Diving Zones

EAST LANSING, Mich. - Four Michigan State divers will head to Purdue University this weekend (March 14-16) to compete in the NCAA Diving Zones. Stephanie Anisko (Jr., Mississauga, Ont./Philip Pocock), Kelly Baldwin (Fr., Rochester Hills/Adams) and 2002 Big Ten Diver of the Year Carly Weiden (Sr., Kentwood/East Kentwood) will compete for the women, while Nick Visscher (Jr., Holland/Holland) will dive for the men.
The diving zones are equivalent to the NCAA Regionals. If the divers meet the qualifying scores, they will advance to the NCAA Championships.
The women's NCAA Championships are March 21-23 in Austin, Texas. The men's championships are March 28-30 in Athens, Ga.
