EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State men's soccer team garnered three All-Big Ten selections for the 2001 season. Senior Steve Arce (Windsor, Ont.) was an All-Big Ten first-team selection while fellow senior Anders Kelto (Traverse City) and junior Nick DeGraw (Clinton Twp.) earned All-Big Ten second-team honors.
Arce, a four-year starter for the Green and White, collected eight points on the year. He is also just the third Spartan to be named to the conference first team twice, joining Reid Friedrichs in 1995 and 1996 and John Benoist in 1999 and 2000. Kelto joined the Spartans six games into the season after transferring from Brown University, he registered one goal and three assists in an abbreviated season. DeGraw started every game in which he played in 2001, scoring three times and adding one assist.
