Men's Soccer Draws Ohio State in First Round

East Lansing, Mich. - The Michigan State men's soccer team (10-4-1, 3-3) will take on Ohio State (10-5-2, 1-4-1) in the first round of the Big Ten Men's Soccer Tournament Thursday, Nov. 8 at 2:30 EST in Madison, Wis. The winner will then play the winner of the Penn State/Northwestern game Friday. Wisconsin is hosting the tournament.
Michigan State finished in a three-way tie for third-place with Michigan and Wisconsin in the conference during the regular season and edged each of them for the higher seed in the tournament.
Earlier this season, the Spartans defeated the Buckeyes, 3-0, scoring three second-half goals in East Lansing.
