Women's Tennis Falls to Ohio State, 7-0

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State women's tennis team was shut out by Ohio State, 7-0, Saturday afternoon at the MSU Outdoor Courts. The loss drops MSU to 2-13 overall, 0-9 in the Big Ten, while OSU improves to 15-6, 8-1.
Ohio State won all six singles matches, including defaults at No. 5 and No. 6 singles, and won the doubles point with two victories and a default at No. 3 doubles.
The Spartans host Penn State Sunday morning, April 23, at 11 a.m. in their final dual match of the season. Michigan State will then head to Ann Arbor, Mich. for the Big Ten Championships, April 27-30, at the University of Michigan.
