Volleyball Green and White Match is Saturday

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State volleyball team will host its annual Green and White match on Saturday, August 28 at 7 p.m. in Jenison Field House. Admission is free.

MSU is coming off of a 23-7 season in which it finished third in the Big Ten. The Spartans, preseason No. 22, open their 1999 season by hosting the Fifth Annual L&L/MSU Volleyball Classic on Sept. 3-4 in Jenison Field House. Michigan State opens against Cleveland State at 10 a.m. on Sept. 3 and plays No. 16 Texas A&M in the nightcap at 8 p.m. MSU is back at 1 p.m. on Sept. 4 against Eastern Kentucky and then plays Clemson at 8 p.m. Tickets for the L&L Classic can be purchased at any L&L Food Center for just 99 cents. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children at the door.
