Education: Anderson graduated from the University of Illinois in 2020 with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Public Relations.

Job Responsibilities: Anderson is responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing Michigan State Athletics' social media accounts across various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. She works with all varsity programs to create and implement strategic plans across digital and social platforms using graphics, photos, and video, integrating student-athletes, SIDs, coaches, and other stakeholders.

Past Experience: Anderson comes to Michigan State from Memphis where she served as the Social Media Manager, overseeing content ideation, strategy and execution for 19 varsity sport social media accounts. She also managed the main athletics account day-to-day across multiple platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Before Memphis she spent two years as a Sports Information Coordinator at the University of Illinois, serving as the primary contact for Men's Tennis and Women's Gymnastics as well as secondary for Illinois Football.
