Madilyn Weigand joined Michigan State’s football staff in July 2024 as Assistant Director of Football Recruiting Operations. Within her role she helps execute daily recruiting tasks.
Weigand started her career with Michigan State football as a student recruiting assistant from fall 2021 to summer 2024.
She graduated from Michigan State in April 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in communication and with minors in sports business management and public relations.
Weigand was the President of Michigan State’s chapter of the Association for Women in Sports Media (AWSM) during the 2023-2024 school year.
