Education: Pauga graduated from Michigan State with a bachelor's degree in journalism in 2004, with an external specialty in sports management.
Job Responsibilities: Pauga is responsible for scheduling, charter and travel coordination, postseason planning, and event parking. He is also engaged in special projects assigned by the athletics director and helps assist with the administrative duties of the men's basketball program. Pauga also assists several conferences, including the Big Ten with scheduling.
Past Experience: Prior to his current role, Pauga served as the video coordinator for Michigan State Men's Basketball (2004-08) before transitioning to Director of Men's Basketball Operations.
