Katie Curtis is a second-year Sports Science Graduate Assistant. She began working in the sports science department during the summer of 2022. Katie worked for the field hockey team during her first year at Michigan State. She now works for the volleyball team. Katie frequently helps with athlete testing using Vald performance. After graduating from Michigan State, Katie hopes to pursue a doctoral degree in Kinesiology. Her research interests include female athlete performance.

Katie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Winona State University in May 2022. She was a four-year member on the gymnastics team.
