Julia Lantieri joined the Spartan Athletic Foundation in August 2026 as the Associate Director of Membership Services. She supports day-to-day operations including donor records and annual giving operations, priority point tracking, benefit fulfillment, gift acknowledgement, and stewardship. She also works closely with premium seating, ticketing, and donor relations to ensure Spartan Athletic Foundation members receive a high-quality experience and meaningful engagement with MSU Athletics.

Prior to joining the Spartans, Lantieri served as Associate for Athletics Development at Fordham University, where she led and supported donor stewardship, engagement and athletics development initiatives. She also previously worked with the Husky Athletic Fund at the University of Connecticut as a Development Assistant, gaining experience in athletics development and donor relations. She earned her B.A. in psychology and M.S. in sport management from UConn, after beginning her collegiate career as a Division III lacrosse student-athlete at Endicott College.
