Appeared in all dual matches for the Spartans earning a 10-13 overall singles record … Slated the only point for the Spartans against Washington State (Jan. 26), defeating Elyse Tse, 6-3, 5-7, [11-9] … Clinched the upset against No. 53 Purdue (April 5) for the Spartans, 6-3, 2-6, 7-6 (7-5) ... Posted a 9-12 overall doubles record, splitting time at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles, while playing at No. 1 doubles once, against Ball State (Feb. 23), and logging a victory.

Earned ITA Scholar-Athlete accolades ... Tied with the most singles victories on the team with 12 … Went 8-11 in singles dual competition … Was on the Spartans top court for majority of the season with 16 matches on the No. 1 court with a 7-9 record and four on the No. 2 court with a 2-2 record … Earned her first career Big Ten victory against Ohio State, defeating No. 55-ranked Luciana Perry on the top court in straight sets, 7-6 (10-8), 6-4 … Won eight doubles matches during the season; won three matches with Liisa Vehvilainen and three with Nicole Conard … Defeated Rutgers Amira Badawi in two sets, 6-4, 6-1 in her first Big Ten Championships appearance.

Daughter of Jorge and Teresa Morais... Has a one brother, Eduardo who plays tennis at Rice University... Prior to MSU, she attended Colegio Amor de Deus in Cascais, Portugal... Member of Portugal National Tennis Teams Championships: 2014-17... Currently majors in Interior Design... In her spare time, she enjoys running, painting and drawing.
