Site: Forest Akers Golf Course, located on the Michigan State University campus, will serve as host to the 2007 Big Ten Women's Golf Championships.
Host Hotels: Coaches and student athletes will be housed at the Holiday Inn Express and the Comfort Inn and Suites in Okemos. These hotels are approximately nine minutes from the golf course. Championship Format
The Championships shall consist of stroke play for 36 holes on Friday, 18 holes on Saturday, and 18 holes on Sunday. First day pairings shall be determined by Sagarin Rankings. The #1 player from the #1 team shall be paired with the #1 player from the #2 team. This order of pairing shall continue until the top 8 teams have been paired in twosomes. The last three teams will play a twosome on the first day of play. Second and final day pairings shall be determined by team scores from the previous day's play with the order of players #6 through #1 having earlier tee times. On the second and third days of play, all teams except teams #10 and #11 shall be in threesomes and shall tee-off in 10-minute intervals. Teams #10 and #11 shall tee off from the 11th hole in twosomes in 10-minute intervals. Teams #7, #8 and #9 follow the twosomes. The lower scoring teams shall have the later tee times. On the first day, teams #1-6 shall tee off on the first hole and teams #7-11 will tee off from the eleventh hole. Players will play in the order #1-6 on the first day and players #6-1 on the final two days.

*Final round (Saturday, 9:00 am) ï ¿ ½ Final round of tournament with tee times on the first and 10th holes.
