Meet the Spartans: Nick DiNobile

EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Michigan State wrestling will feature a freshman periodically throughout the preseason in order to "Meet the Spartans" leading up to the 2017-18 season.
This week freshman Nick DiNobile (Howell, Michigan/Hartland High School) sat down with msuspartans.com to answer some questions.
1. Why did you choose to wrestle at Michigan State?
I chose to wrestle at Michigan State because I want to be a part of this program and team.
2. What are you most excited about as you begin your Spartan wrestling career?
To build new friendships with my teammates that will last a lifetime.
3. When did you first start wrestling?
I first started wrestling in 6th grade.
4. Favorite wrestling memory?
Helping to win Hartland's first ever D1 team state title.
5. What's your major at Michigan State and why?
Mechanical engineering because I like to build and I'm good at math and science.
6. Who has taught you the most about wrestling growing up?
Coach Trimm. He helped me with wrestling in the off season since I started wrestling.
7. What superhero power would you have if you could choose one?
To fly
8. Favorite meal?
Steak
9. Favorite TV show?
Friends
10. Favorite thing to do besides wrestling?
Play video games with my friends.
