Tonight's 64-61 win over Wisconsin marked MSU's first overtime win since Jan. 15, 2006 when the Spartans topped Ohio State 62-59 on the road. This was the first home overtime win since Jan. 13, 2001, also against the Badgers (69-59).
MSU is now 2-0 in overtime games played on Jan. 11, the other being in 2000 against Indiana (77-71)
This season, the Spartans are 3-3 when trailing at half.
MSU out rebounded Wisconsin, 39-30.
Prior to tonight's game, Wisconsin was 34-1 since the 2009-10 season when leading or tied with four minutes remaining in regulation.
Michigan State's 64 points marked the fewest the Spartans have scored in a win since scoring 59 against Northern Iowa on March 26, 2010.

MSU has won three of the last four meetings against Wisconsin.
This marked the ninth time the two teams have gone to overtime with MSU going 3-6 in those games.
MSU leads the all-time series 69-59, going 44-14 in East Lansing and 16-4 in the Breslin Center.
The Spartans have won the last six contests at home against UW.

Kalin Lucas recorded a team-best six assists, also becoming the fourth player in MSU history to amass 1,500 career points and 500 career assists. Lucas' 12 free throw attempts ties a career-best mark.
After scoring only five points in the first half, Draymond Green would go on to score 13 in the second half and eight of MSU's 11 overtime points to set a career-best scoring total with 26. Green also set career-best minutes (38), field goal attempts (17), 3-point made (three), 3-point attempts (five) and free throws made (seven). This was Green's second 20+ point performance in his career, with the other also occurring this season. MSU is 1-1 when Green scores 20+ points in a game.
Delvon Roe's 32 minutes marks a career-best, topping his previous high of 31 set against The Citadel on Dec. 7, 2009.
