2010 Midlands Championships - Session One Results
EVANSTON, Ill. - The 48th annual Midlands Championships, hosted by Northwestern University, began Wednesday morning at Welsh-Ryan Arena. Several Michigan State wrestlers are competing in the prestigious event, which is one of the largest and most respected tournaments during the regular season.

Session two is set for 8-11 p.m. ET.
Thursday's session three will run from 1-4:30 p.m. ET, and the final session (championship, third-, fifth-place matches) will go from 8:15-10:30 p.m. ET.
Live radio coverage of the Midlands is available courtesy of Takedown Radio. A television broadcast of the championship matches will air on tape delay on the Big Ten Network, with the debut coming at 4 p.m. ET on Saturday, Jan. 8 and a re-air scheduled for 7 p.m. ET on Friday, Jan. 14. The Big Ten Network's Tim Johnson will handle the play-by-play duties for the broadcast with Northwestern volunteer assistant coach and current World Team member Jake Herbert providing color analysis.
